Brett Williams

At the age of 19, Brett was a professional endurance runner.  Obsessive overtraining produced a full suite of physical injuries and mental malaise. Yoga practice gently began to open major lines of communication within both her fascia and soul, and it is this transformative potential that excites Brett to teach yoga. She completed her 200hr YTT with Eka Ekong through YogaWorks in San Francisco, CA. When she's not on her mat, Brett is climbing at Sanctuary Rock Gym and Yosemite National Park, studying, or running at Jack's Peak. 

Yoga practice with Brett is about finding your edge- emotionally, mentally or physically- with radical self-acceptance, curiosity and compassion.
