Jill is a playful, kind, and thoughtful teacher. She’s dedicated to physical alignment, transformative breath, and most importantly a practice of self love through kinesthetic
expression. Her teaching style can be described as a blend of many “yoga styles”. She views her students holistically and encourages each one to see class as opportunity to embrace themselves as they are, and use their practice as an instrument of transformation.
Additionally, Jill is a wife, mother, world traveler, athlete, foodie, Foundation Training Teacher and Holistic Wellness Coach. She is dedicated and passionate about prenatal and postpartum fitness and wellness, too. Most of all she loves making life an adventure with her young son Bodhi
and spends most of her time playing with her family.
