Growing up, Trevor had a strong affinity for math, science, and the universe. So naturally when it came time to go to college, he decided to study aerospace engineering. However, in the middle of his third year, his yoga teaching mother dragged him to his first class, and while he wasn't completely hooked, he was definitely curious. It didn't take long for that curiosity to evolve into a full blown passion for yoga and a desire to share it with as many people as possible. So he got certified to teach, dropped out of school, and never looked back. While this may seem like a drastic change, the only difference is he now explores inner space instead of outer space.
Currently, Trevor is studying Kinesiology at CSUMB, and intends to research how yoga (specifically breath-work) affects the nervous system. When he's not in school or on the mat, you can find him swimming, running, and biking all over the greater Monterey area.
